Sales Engineer – HVAC Service (Aftermarket)

About the role
The Sales Engineer – HVAC Service will report to the Sales Manager for Abu Dhabi Aftermarket and join a team focused on expanding the aftermarket business for building technology solutions, especially HVAC. You will turn the existing installation base into recurring service revenue and capture new customers across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Convert current HVAC installation projects into aftermarket contracts, including AMC, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Identify and propose site‑improvement insights for existing and new customers with active installations.
- Develop long‑term relationships, drive territory growth and close service‑oriented sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and regional team to increase market share in the UAE and GCC.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC aftermarket or after‑sales within the GCC.
- Proven track record of sales achievements and strong business development skills.
- Fluent English and a valid UAE driving licence.
