Sales Engineer – MEP

About the role

ROVE ELECTRIC L.L.C is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – MEP to expand its business across mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects in the UAE. The role involves analysing client technical needs, interpreting MEP/HVAC drawings, preparing competitive proposals and managing the sales cycle through to project hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities for MEP, HVAC and electrical system solutions.
• Review engineering drawings, schematics and client specifications to create tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• Deliver technical presentations, negotiate contracts and maintain ongoing relationships with consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet project requirements.
• Track sales pipelines, follow up on bids and achieve regional revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven direct sales or business development experience in MEP, HVAC or building infrastructure.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market and a valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Mid‑level career stage.
