Sales Executive – Automotive Luxury Vehicles

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales and profitability for INEOS Grenadier by delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s premium positioning. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full purchase journey, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate the full product range, tailoring presentations to each customer’s needs and expectations.
• Manage the entire customer journey, including quotations, test drives, offers, and post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collect and analyse market data on competing brands to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers using ethical sales methods and personalised interactions.
• Process all paperwork accurately, adhering to company policies, pricing structures, and administrative requirements.
• Liaise with banks and insurance companies to secure favourable financing and insurance deals.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, Finance, and New Car Sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and corrective action.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive or luxury sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and premium/luxury vehicle segment.
