Sales Executive – B2B Wellness & Flooring Solutions

About the role

Al Ijaada Projects LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to expand its portfolio of wellness, flooring and sports projects across the UAE. You will be the primary point of contact for developers, architects, interior designers and other key decision‑makers, promoting a wide range of premium products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals and online platforms.
• Visit developers, consultants, contractors, architects, gyms, hotels and commercial projects to present products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with sales and technical teams.
• Negotiate prices and terms, convert opportunities into confirmed orders, and monitor projects from inquiry to installation.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and keep an updated sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with project, procurement, finance and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in construction, fit‑out, flooring, wellness, hospitality or related sectors.
• Existing contacts with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, gyms or hotels is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
