Sales Executive – Direct Sales (Banking Products)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive direct sales of banking products in the UAE. The role focuses on promoting credit cards, personal loans and multi‑product solutions to both existing and new customers, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products including credit cards, personal loans and other financial solutions.
• Identify potential customers through direct sales, referrals and lead‑generation activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies.
• Follow up with clients to guarantee timely processing and approvals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Good understanding of banking products such as credit cards and personal loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
