Sales Executive – FinTech (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing fintech team in the UAE. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth for our payroll and financial inclusion solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends, territory potential and market zones to define sales coverage.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Proactively reach out through networking, cold‑calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with prospects.
• Deliver compelling presentations to diverse client audiences.
• Update the CRM with accurate, timely data.
• Achieve defined objectives, targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong ability to work within a multicultural team.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and a valid driving licence.
