Sales Executive – IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure and hardware solutions to drive B2B growth in Dubai. The role involves developing new business, managing customer relationships and closing sales from initial enquiry through to final agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B and enterprise sales for IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities across servers, storage, networking and enterprise hardware.
• Identify, qualify and convert prospects through lead generation, client acquisition and business development.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and requirement gathering to quotations, negotiations and deal closure.
• Engage with IT decision‑makers, procurement teams and business stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements.
• Develop consultative sales opportunities by mapping customer requirements to appropriate IT infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware, infrastructure or enterprise technology sales.
• Proven track record selling servers (rack, tower, enterprise), storage and backup solutions.
• Experience with networking equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls.
• Background working with system integrators, IT resellers, distributors or VARs.
• Strong B2B sales experience with corporate customers.
