Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on promoting new vehicle models, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, performance, benefits and optional accessories.
• Promote new models and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, including pricing, discounts, financing options and payment terms.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the storekeeper and ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Assist customers with registration, insurance and after‑sales services in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships, follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Keep customer and sales records up‑to‑date and report on sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or car dealership environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and showroom operations.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Effective presentation, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Computer literacy with standard office applications and sales systems.
