Sales Executive – Motorcycles (B2C & B2B)

About the role

The Sales Executive for Honda Motorcycles will drive B2C and B2B sales, generate and convert leads, and ensure an outstanding customer experience within Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s showroom environment in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to revenue and market‑share growth.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads using the C4C CRM system, improving conversion rates and response times.
• Develop B2B and fleet sales by acquiring new corporate accounts and closing fleet deals.
• Deliver high customer‑satisfaction scores and encourage repeat and referral sales.
• Maintain accurate documentation and strict adherence to CRM and sales‑process compliance.
• Support brand presence through events, ride activations and lead generation activities.
• Assist in stock turnover and reduction of aging inventory through clearance campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, after‑sales, logistics and showroom teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions for continuous professional development.

• Strong customer‑focus with a track record of delivering excellent service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with cross‑functional departments.
• Organised approach to documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required skills

• C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) CRM proficiency.
