Retail Sales Representative – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will work at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in Dubai Mall, delivering an outstanding shopping experience while driving sales. You will balance store operations with customer service, ensuring the store meets its weekly sales targets and maintains a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with an energetic attitude, adhere to dress code, and create a positive first impression.
• Provide up‑to‑date product information, assist in fitting rooms, thank customers on exit and invite them to return.
• Generate sales, support the Store Manager with opening, closing and daily operations, and act as store cover when required.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, pricing and ticketing compliance, and keep the cash wrap tidy and efficient.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1‑2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in watches or jewellery.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to stand for at least eight hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage store operations and cover the manager when needed.
• Organizational skills for maintaining store standards.
• Training and onboarding new staff, including POS operation.
