Sales Executive – Oil & Gas Equipment Trading

About the role

JHD International is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business and grow its client base in the oil & gas equipment trading sector across the UAE. The role is centred on identifying market opportunities, building strong relationships with buyers, contractors and distributors, and closing sales in a fast‑moving industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the oil & gas and industrial equipment market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers, contractors and distributors.
• Conduct client visits, deliver presentations and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in oil & gas, industrial equipment or trading.
• Strong network of contacts in the UAE oil & gas / industrial supply market (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable hunting new business.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
