About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who is an UAE national to join our Paint – Sales department in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales of our coil, extrusion and can coating products across the region.

Key responsibilities

Set sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.
Research prospects, generate leads and contact potential and existing customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
Handle customer inquiries, questions and complaints professionally.
Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
Manage the sales process using designated software tools and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Participate actively in sales team meetings.

Required profile

High school diploma or a degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.
UAE national status.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in using sales‑related software applications.
Experience with CRM systems for data management.
