Sales Growth Specialist

About the role

Purple Mice LLC is seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Sales Executive to lead the technical sales process for AV, LED, video systems, and immersive live event solutions. This role bridges sales, engineering, and production, ensuring that client requirements are translated into technically sound, innovative, and profitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships within live events, corporate, exhibition, and entertainment sectors.
• Act as the technical authority during sales meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Analyze client briefs and event requirements to design optimized AV and visual solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOQs, system diagrams, and cost estimates.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the pre‑sales phase and coordinate handover after contract award.
• Provide technical oversight during project execution, attend rehearsals or live events when necessary.
• Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and identify new products, partners, and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, AV Technology, Electronics, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of LED display systems, video processing, signal distribution, AV systems, and show control workflows.
• Proven experience in solution selling, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings, system schematics, and layout plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical excellence and profitability.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project demands.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred; experience in technical sales within AV, live events, system integration, or entertainment technology is a plus.
