Sales & Logistics Coordinator – Food & Beverage Distribution

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support sales operations and delivery execution for a leading food and beverage distribution company in the UAE. The role bridges customers, sales teams, warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from placement through delivery, maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports; manage customer inquiries and sample requests.
• Support onboarding of new accounts (cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets) and assist with product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, route planning and optimization across the UAE.
• Monitor delivery progress, resolve delays, returns and customer issues.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely order picking and dispatch.
• Maintain clear communication between sales, warehouse, logistics and customers.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics coordination, customer service, order management or sales support.
• Experience in food & beverage, FMCG, distribution or HORECA sectors is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems; experience with Zoho is a strong advantage.
