Sales Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Sales Logistics Specialist will be based on‑site in Dubai and will coordinate the end‑to‑end logistics of promotional merchandise and point‑of‑sale materials for Traffik360’s global clients. Working closely with the sales team, you will translate client requirements into accurate logistics plans, prepare quotations and ensure timely project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Process client orders and develop detailed shipment plans.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders and other logistics providers.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international transport regulations.
• Track deliveries, resolve any issues, and communicate status to internal teams and customers.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, pricing proposals and follow‑up communications.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations within marketing, retail or promotional merchandise sectors.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with standard office software and basic ERP or logistics management systems.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is an advantage.
