About the role

PrimeBox, a rapidly expanding self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. You will manage inbound enquiries, build new B2B and B2C relationships, and create additional client acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end sales funnel, following up inbound leads and converting them into paying customers.
Identify and approach prospective B2B and B2C clients to expand the customer base.
Analyse conversion data, pinpoint drop‑off points and implement process improvements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
Develop and manage referral partnership programmes.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on conversion metrics.
Excellent communication skills in English.
