Sales Manager – Banking Application Solutions

About the role

Unity Infotech is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion of its Banking Application Solutions across the GCC. The role focuses on selling open finance, open banking, and international payment systems to senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for open finance and open banking platforms.
• Sell international payment systems such as SWIFT and cross‑border payment solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentation, solution pitching, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
• Deliver technically sound presentations to senior banking executives and address their queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks throughout the GCC.
• Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience selling banking application solutions.
• Proven track record with international payment systems, open finance/open banking, or payment orchestration platforms.
• Demonstrated success in the GCC/Middle East market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Willingness to work from Dubai and travel periodically across the GCC.
