Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Corporate to lead sales initiatives across Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, driving revenue growth and expanding our corporate and MICE client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional business goals and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market analysis and adjust strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
• Lead corporate groups and MICE opportunities, fostering a high‑performance sales culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value sales deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Explore new sales channels and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
• Participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs, prepare forecasts and business updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams to align sales efforts.
• Prepare and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in hospitality or a related industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably with multi‑property or regional responsibility.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry in the Middle East.
• Expertise in MICE sales and strategic revenue management.
• Outstanding leadership abilities with experience managing high‑performing teams.
