Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its Events team. The role focuses on driving conference, catering, and group room revenue while ensuring seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure conference, event, catering, and group business opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and payment compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee flawless event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
• Achieve annual revenue targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall financial performance.
