Sales Manager – GCC

About the role

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to drive sales of its integrated hydrocarbon gas processing and compression solutions. The role focuses on promoting turnkey projects, equipment, and services across gas processing, compression, power generation, and refrigeration.

Key responsibilities

• Close profitable business and conduct regular sales calls with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the GCC.
• Identify new market opportunities and execute targeted business strategies.
• Prepare technical presentations and documentation on Enerflex products and solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with internal departments to deliver projects.
• Represent Enerflex at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in gas processing and compression sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the energy sector.
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
