Sales Manager – Cloud & AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned technology sales leader to drive the full sales cycle for Cloud and AI solutions across the UAE and GCC. The role involves turning complex offerings into tangible business opportunities for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to contract administration, building a robust pipeline of ICP‑fit opportunities.
• Identify and engage senior technology decision‑makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of DevOps) through outbound prospecting, inbound leads and partner referrals.
• Qualify opportunities using BANT criteria and collaborate with engineering and pre‑sales teams to craft technical proposals.
• Sell a portfolio that includes Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Generative/Agentic AI and Managed Services.
• Develop and manage relationships with AWS and other channel partners to generate co‑sell and referral deals.
• Lead commercial negotiations, close deals with CXO‑level stakeholders and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of technology sales, business development or new client acquisition experience.
• Proven track record selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprise customers in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem (AWS, GCP, Azure) with particular strength in AWS.
• Existing network of enterprise or channel contacts in the region is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of AED 120,000–140,000 per year, based on experience.
