Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Aldar’s residential properties to new and existing customers in the United Arab Emirates, aligning client needs with available inventory and upcoming launches. The role focuses on daily interactions with potential buyers, lead generation, and transaction facilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns and broker databases.
• Showcase properties, conduct site visits and prepare presentations for potential buyers.
• Issue sales offers, negotiate terms and own quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and manage contracts, payment plans and related documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a client database, update the CRM and nurture relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients and brokers.
• Provide consultative advice on development benefits, investment potential, financing options and market trends.
• Manage the lead process, keep opportunities up‑to‑date and address client concerns throughout and after the transaction.
• Coordinate property visits, respond to inquiries about pricing, amenities and payment terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑6 years of residential real‑estate sales experience with a proven track record of AED 100 million annual sales.
• Strong exposure to the GCC and UAE real‑estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Diploma in Business Administration/Management (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
