About the role
The Sales Manager will drive new business and expand existing accounts across hospitality venues in Abu Dhabi. Using a consultative selling approach, the role focuses on identifying, qualifying and converting leads into revenue. The successful candidate will build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers in hotels, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts in hotels, restaurants/bars, cafés and entertainment venues.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Required profile
- Demonstrable track record of over‑achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years' quota‑carrying sales experience in the UAE.
- Good English (written and verbal) skills.
- Valid driving licence with own vehicle.
Required skills
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
