Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for our hospitality venue located in DIFC, Dubai. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for turning sales opportunities into confirmed bookings and ensuring seamless hand‑over to the events team.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through calls, FAM trips, trade shows and community networking.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximise coverage.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and manage all customer correspondence from inquiry to post‑sale.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and target customer insights to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate turnover information for event management and support the company’s service standards.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management plus 3 years sales experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Proven ability to meet personal sales goals and build long‑term, value‑based client relationships.
