Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the commercial activities of ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel, driving revenue growth across corporate, group and MICE segments. Reporting to senior management, you will shape sales strategies, expand the client base and enhance the hotel’s market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to secure corporate groups and MICE contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, close high‑value deals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Explore new sales channels, partnerships and increase brand visibility.
• Participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities.
• Track, analyse and report sales KPIs, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service to align sales initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in hospitality or MICE.
• Strong understanding of corporate and MICE market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently as needed.
• Eligibility to live and work in Dubai.
