Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

Al Ghurair Development is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead luxury real‑estate sales in Dubai, building relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay ahead of market trends and manage the sales database to optimise opportunities.
• Develop long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and generate leads through banking partners or high‑end retailers.
• Research the luxury real‑estate market, competitors and emerging trends.
• Lead end‑to‑end negotiations while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage leads and sales processes efficiently.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from client identification to contract finalisation and handover.
• Develop partnerships with third‑party agents, brokers and stakeholders to increase market visibility.
• Ensure all sales contracts, agreements and paperwork are accurate and compliant with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide top‑tier customer service, offering tailored solutions throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, preferably with RERA qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in high‑value property sales, preferably with a developer.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE property market and experience working with international buyers.
• Fluency in English; additional language such as Arabic, French, Mandarin, Farsi or Russian is a plus.
• Effective third‑party management skills.
