Sales Manager – Marine & Power Products

About the role

The Regional Head of Marine & Power Products drives growth and performance of Honda Marine & Power Products across the UAE, shaping strategy, ensuring profitability and leading high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional business strategy, identifying market growth opportunities across marine, power and related categories.
• Manage sales, aftersales, technical guidance, inventory, supply‑chain planning and forecasting to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and lead cross‑functional teams, support training, and maintain compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Oversee strategic customer relationships, negotiations, partnerships and cost control, pricing discipline and margin optimisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in power generation, marine propulsion, battery systems or energy storage, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine technology, energy systems or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning and business development track record.
