Sales Manager – MICE

About the role

Join Mama Shelter Dubai as a Sales Manager – MICE and lead the development of meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and group business. You will be the main point of contact for corporate clients, event agencies and industry partners, turning opportunities into memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to grow MICE and group revenue.
• Identify, approach and nurture relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, PCOs and other key partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and presentations to showcase the hotel’s facilities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through proposal, negotiation, confirmation and hand‑over.
• Prepare customised proposals, contracts and packages that align with client needs and commercial objectives.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast revenue, track conversion rates and report performance to the Director of Sales.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s MICE market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MICE or group sales within the hospitality sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
