About the role
We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Sales Manager to join our real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. You will lead, coach, and grow a team of ten sales agents, driving performance and achieving monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10 sales agents.
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet monthly goals.
- Monitor agent performance, leads, follow‑ups, and conversions.
- Coach agents to improve closing rates and support negotiations.
- Maintain a high‑performance, professional sales culture.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in a Dubai real‑estate brokerage (mandatory).
- Proven track record in hiring, training, and managing sales agents.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target‑driven with a solid sales performance history.
Required skills

- AED 5,000 base salary per month.
- Attractive commission structure.
- Full‑time, onsite position in Dubai.
