Sales Manager – Real Estate (French Speaker)

About the role

HBS Real Estate is expanding its brokerage division and seeks a performance‑driven Sales Manager to lead a team of brokers in Dubai. The role focuses on turning activity into measurable, sustainable revenue growth through data‑based decision making, market intelligence, and strong team motivation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of real‑estate brokers.
• Increase lead‑to‑deal conversion ratios and improve overall pipeline visibility.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as response time, viewings, offers and closings.
• Audit pipeline leakage, identify market trends, and implement corrective strategies.
• Track DLD data, spot high‑potential projects and areas, and drive new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit and upgrade talent as needed, and deliver structured weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate sales.
• Proven track record managing a producing brokerage team.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics.
• Market‑aware, trend‑oriented mindset with natural leadership qualities.
• Solution‑oriented, performance‑driven, and able to work in a structured environment.
• Fluency in French is a strong plus.
