Sales Manager – Six Senses The Palm Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager for Six Senses The Palm Dubai to lead the sales department, align with the brand’s vision of sustainability, wellness and extraordinary experiences, and drive revenue growth across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the sales department, ensuring delivery of products and services that meet Six Senses brand standards and budget targets.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Director of Sales to set strategic goals and develop procedures to achieve them.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, room types, rates, packages, credit policies and reservation coding.
• Design and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share, prioritising high‑value opportunities through competitor analysis and data insights.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with agencies and corporate partners, travelling to key markets for face‑to‑face meetings, presentations and events.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Provide regular market trend reports and performance updates to senior management.
• Monitor and control departmental budget, driving profitability while maintaining required standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, market analysis and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Ability to work strategically with senior leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Leadership capability to develop and motivate a sales team.
