Sales Manager / Team Leader

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager / Team Leader to drive the performance of its property sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on supervising daily sales activities, guiding agents through deal closures, and shaping strategies to expand market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, mentor and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve quarterly targets.
• Oversee team pipelines, monitor lead conversions and participate in high‑value negotiations.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives across Dubai property segments.
• Train agents on Dubai Land Department processes, market updates and client handling.
• Manage client escalations, maintain key investor relationships and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading property sales teams.
• Documented track record of sales closures in the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent Arabic speaker or UK national preferred.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real‑estate market trends and transaction procedures.
