Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive business growth across the UAE by developing new client relationships and expanding market presence in Analytics, Consulting, Digital Transformation and Technology Services. This role leads strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate tracking of opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions with key decision‑makers.
• Develop strategic relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives and business development KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support the development of go‑to‑market strategies and commercial growth plans.
• Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
• Develop customer‑focused messaging and value propositions.
• Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand needs and identify additional opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Track and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and business development KPIs.
