Sales & Marketing Specialist – Business Development

About the role

New Beginning is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join its Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on business development, relationship building and promoting the consultancy’s services to prospective clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously expand a network of prospective clients, business owners, decision‑makers and industry contacts.
• Identify companies and individuals that match New Beginning’s target client profile.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, direct outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct introductory meetings and business‑development calls, understanding client challenges and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects to keep opportunities active.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

Required profile

• Commercially driven and proactive with a strong appetite for new business.
• Confident in approaching and representing the company to external stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand a prospect’s business, challenges and where consultancy services add value.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
