Sales & Operations Executive (Remote, Female Only)

About the role

Guild & Craft is seeking a tech‑savvy Sales & Operations Executive to support its event staffing business across the GCC. The position starts as a three‑month paid internship with the possibility of a full‑time contract based on performance. It is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in the UAE and hold a valid visa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming client inquiries, respond promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate estimates, generate invoices and follow up on payments.
• Shortlist and propose suitable event staff, verify availability and confirm bookings.
• Coordinate staff before, during and after events to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, keeping records current.
• Conduct market research and expand the staff database across GCC cities.
• Reach out to prospects via email, WhatsApp and calls to promote services.

Required profile

• Female candidates only, as the role is customer‑facing.
• Reside in the UAE with a valid visa (company visa provided after conversion to full‑time).
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.

What we offer

• Internship salary: 500 AED per month plus 2.5% commission on managed invoices.
• Full‑time salary: 1,500 AED per month plus the same commission structure.
