About the role

Winstead Global Real Estate is seeking motivated Sales Professionals to join its expanding team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving property sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the international real estate market. Key responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote real‑estate services and guide clients through the entire sales process.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in real‑estate sales with a willingness to learn and grow.
