Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join Yallasheal’s growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the merchant network for a pickup and drive‑thru pre‑order app that helps restaurants, cafés and bakeries serve customers faster while reducing payment gateway fees.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés and bakeries as potential merchant partners.
• Present Yallasheal’s partnership model, including commission structure and settlement terms.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through signed agreement.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchant owners and managers.
• Meet monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team for device setup and staff training handoff.

Required profile

• Proven field sales or merchant acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with in‑person prospecting and cold outreach.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
