Sales Supervisor – Apparel/Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a professional, confident, and well‑presented Sales Lady to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards in the apparel/fashion sector.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product display, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product transfers.
• Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Support daily opening and closing activities as required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
• Previous UAE retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales‑oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Well‑groomed, presentable, and confident.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Microsoft Office.
