Elevator Sales Engineer – Field Sales (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are an established regional elevator company looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive new business across Abu Dhabi. You will act as the technical bridge between our products and developers, contractors, consultants and facility managers, turning specifications into winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, contractors, consultants and facility managers across Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calls, site visits, referrals and tender participation.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications to create accurate, competitive proposals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring post‑sale relationship management.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor pricing, spec changes and upcoming project trends.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable meeting decision‑makers on site.
• Technical aptitude to understand elevator systems or the ability to learn quickly.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Knowledge of elevator system fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
• Understanding of technical specifications and tender processes.
