SAP GRC Access Control Consultant (12-month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining SAP GRC Access Control and related security functions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and tune SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security modules.
• Maintain roles, profiles, authorization objects and user access across SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA landscapes.
• Manage transport requests and system changes to ensure secure and compliant environments.
• Administer user licenses for SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align security architecture with business requirements.
• Support compliance initiatives related to SOX, GDPR and other regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of roles & authorizations, role/profile maintenance and user access management.
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, performance tuning and transport management.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA licensing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
