SAP S/4HANA Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Executive to join a leading contracting company in Dubai. The professional will support end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects, work closely with internal finance teams and external implementation partners, and ensure successful rollout, user adoption, and ongoing system support.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, migration and enhancement projects.
• Analyse finance and accounting business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance processes based on business needs.
• Provide functional support during implementation and post‑go‑live phases.
• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis and solution design.
• Support system, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with finance data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least one end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.
• Experience working with finance or accounting teams during ERP transformations.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
