About the role

Aldar Education, the leading education group in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an inspirational school leader to join as Principal. The role starts in August 2027 (or sooner) and will drive strategic direction, teaching excellence, and community engagement across its schools.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the school’s strategic aims, policies, and improvement plans.
• Lead teaching and learning to ensure high‑quality education, data‑driven progress monitoring, and innovative curriculum delivery.
• Manage staff recruitment, performance, induction, and professional development.
• Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, health & safety, and facilities management.
• Engage parents and the wider community to support the school’s vision and strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ADEK and ADEZ regulations and provide transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior school leadership with a track record of improving pupil outcomes.
• Strong ability to inspire staff, students, and the community toward shared educational goals.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and data‑analysis skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and culturally diverse learning environment.
