About the role

Join the Deep Dive Dubai team and lead guests on unforgettable underwater experiences. As a Scuba Diving Instructor you will ensure safety, deliver high‑quality training and create a welcoming environment for divers of all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as a dive guide, instructor, and surface support.
• Manage guest needs and concerns professionally to achieve high satisfaction.
• Deliver top‑quality training, guiding and coaching sessions.
• Prioritise safety, reporting any safety or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment standards for safety, appearance and fit.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and assist with repairs.
• Perform Dive Safety Attendant duties when required.
• Fill scuba cylinders and mix gases as needed.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• PADI Scuba Instructor certification.
• BLSD certification including the use of oxygen.
• No open quality‑assurance cases with any diving training agency.
• Minimum of 3 years diving experience.

Required skills

• PADI Scuba Instructor qualification.
• BLSD (Oxygen) certification.
• Cylinder filling and gas mixing.
• Equipment maintenance and safety checks.
