Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

Gadget Express is looking for a proactive Search Engine Optimization Executive to lead on‑site and off‑site SEO initiatives while supporting the sales team. You will work directly with clients, presenting insights and managing campaigns from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Present SEO research, findings, and analytics to clients via calls or in‑person meetings.
• Conduct monthly client calls to review campaign performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits of client websites.
• Assist the sales team in explaining SEO services during calls.
• Identify, recommend, and implement on‑page SEO optimisations.
• Detect configuration and duplicate‑content issues and propose remedies.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Write and edit blog and body copy content for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 1‑2 years of agency‑side SEO experience.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within budgets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to prioritise workload, delegate tasks, and present data effectively.
