Secondary Property Advisor

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai operations and seeks a motivated Secondary Property Advisor to join a multinational sales team. You will focus on the resale market, helping clients buy and sell properties across Dubai’s key communities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for secondary‑market properties.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, from property viewings to contract signing.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai resale trends and community profiles.
• Collaborate with marketing and telesales teams to maximise lead conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales, preferably in the UAE/Dubai secondary market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and resale properties.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence; European language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
