Secondary Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Bellavierre Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated Secondary Real Estate Agent to join its Business Bay office. You will focus on Dubai's secondary property market, driving sales and leasing transactions while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source secondary market properties for sale or lease.
• Manage end‑to‑end property transactions, including negotiations and contract preparation.
• Generate and nurture leads through existing networks and proactive outreach.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring smooth follow‑up and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage marketing and brokerage resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of sales, leasing, and property transaction processes.
• Existing client network and ability to generate leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and currently based in Dubai.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
