Security CCTV Operator

About the role

Falcon Shield Security is looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Security CCTV Operator to join its security operations team. The role covers monitoring CCTV systems and security equipment, spotting potential risks, responding to incidents and helping keep guests, employees and property safe. It calls for good observation skills, calmness under pressure and a strong commitment to high security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems and other security equipment, watch restricted areas and report or escalate technical faults.
• Respond to incidents such as theft, trespassing, disturbances and emergencies, coordinating with on-site security, management and emergency services and supporting evacuations and fire alarms.
• Act as the main link between security staff, management and emergency responders, and keep accurate records of events and alarm activations.
• Prepare daily incident and activity reports and report unusual activity or safety concerns immediately.
• Help keep the environment safe and compliant with UAE security regulations and company policies, and support regular inspections.
• Assist in training new CCTV operators and security staff, and carry out other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in security operations or CCTV monitoring.
• Valid UAE SIRA CCTV Operator licence.
• Good command of spoken and written English and basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
