Security Operations Supervisor

About the role

Falcon Shield Security is looking for an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across a diverse portfolio of client sites, including hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. The supervisor ensures the safety of residents, guests, visitors and employees, complies with company policies, client requirements and UAE regulations, and works with security officers, property management and facilities teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations across multiple sites and develop duty rosters, deployment plans and staff allocations
• Conduct security inspections, operational audits and site assessments, and monitor the performance of security officers
• Lead and coach security officers, help recruit and train new personnel, and promote accountability and teamwork
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, investigate them, monitor CCTV and access control systems, and coordinate with emergency services
• Build relationships with clients and property management teams, attend client meetings and meet contractual obligations
• Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and SIRA requirements, keep accurate records and prepare regular reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Security Management, Criminology or a related discipline
• 5-8 years' experience in security operations, including supervisory duties, managing multiple sites and leading large teams
• Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations and operational best practices
• Desirable: valid UAE driving licence and SIRA certification

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of CCTV and access control systems, fire alarm and life safety systems, incident investigation and reporting
• Leadership, communication, report writing and stakeholder management skills
