Security Officer

About the role

Falcon Shield Security is hiring a Security Officer to protect people and property at client sites. The officer manages access control, conducts patrols, monitors security risks and responds to incidents professionally, following site SOPs and SIRA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Control access and verify IDs and visitors at entry and exit points
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the site for safety and security risks
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow escalation procedures and report accurately
• Support crowd control and assist visitors and customers when needed
• Maintain site records such as the occurrence book, patrol logs and visitor entries
• Follow post orders, site rules and supervisor instructions at all times
• Maintain a professional appearance, discipline and respectful communication

Required profile

• Previous security experience preferred; UAE experience is a plus
• Valid SIRA Security Guard license (preferred or required depending on the assignment)
• Ability to work day/night shift patterns
• Strong attention to detail and professional conduct

Required skills

• Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)
• Access control and incident reporting
