Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the hotel’s security team, ensuring the safety of guests, colleagues and assets at the 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai. You will coordinate daily security operations, manage rosters, and act as the primary point of contact for incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Brief senior and junior security officers on daily security plans, incident response mechanisms and escalation procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date rosters, arrange shifts, weekly offs and leaves for all security staff.
• Deliver and monitor security training in line with established guidelines.
• Investigate incidents, log details, and hand over reports to the Head of Security and Assistant Security Manager.
• Maintain written logs of untoward incidents, accidents and fire patrols, ensuring compliance in construction and refurbishment areas.
• Update and manage the incident reporting system, escalating critical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular patrols, identify security or fire hazards, and ensure remote monitoring systems operate efficiently.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate the security response team and report outcomes to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising security personnel in a hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage rosters and training programmes.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing teams and reporting to management.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make swift, accurate decisions during incidents.
